The website and browser demo
Your files in the preview.
Updated October 18, 2026. This notice describes this website and its browser demo. The separate local GitHub workspace stores drafts and encrypted credentials on the machine running its backend.
Documents stay in your browser
The browser demo reads files you select into the tab. It does not upload document contents to a backend, connect to GitHub, or overwrite your original file. Save a copy downloads the current Markdown. Reloading, opening another file, resetting or closing the tab can discard unsaved work.
Preferences and search
The editor remembers your color theme and whether you show source changes in local browser storage. These preferences contain no document contents and do not sync across devices. Clearing site data removes them. If storage is blocked, editing still works but preferences may not persist.
Documentation search matches a static guide index in your browser. Search terms are not sent to a search service. This website has no marketing forms, advertising trackers or application analytics.
Hosting and examples
Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts this public website using S3 and CloudFront. AWS may process request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and protect the site. This preview does not require an account. The demo loads its sample files and application assets from this site. Raw HTML is inert and document images appear as placeholders. Upstream examples retain their accompanying license information. Links you choose to follow may lead to other websites with their own practices.
Commercial service
Hosted accounts and paid plans are not available yet. Before a commercial launch, the operating entity, support address, service terms and data retention arrangements need to be established. This preview notice does not describe an already available commercial service.
